Privacy Policy

Effective Date: July 22, 2026

This policy explains what dadodeca collects from you. Short answer: nothing about you personally — only the anonymous purchase records needed to unlock what you paid for.

dadodeca is published by Max and the Magic LLC (“we,” “us”). It is available as a mobile app on the Apple App Store and Google Play, and as a web app at dadodeca.com.

What dadodeca collects

No personal data. The app does not include analytics, crash reporting, advertising trackers, or accounts. We do not maintain user profiles and cannot identify you.

Purchases only. If you buy dadodeca+, the purchase is processed by Apple (or Google on Android). Our purchase-infrastructure provider, RevenueCat, receives the purchase history and a random anonymous identifier so the app can unlock your features and restore them on reinstall. This identifier is not linked to your name, email, or Apple Account, and it is never used for advertising or tracking. RevenueCat processes this data on our behalf under its privacy policy.

The app does not request access to your microphone, camera, location, contacts, or any other sensitive device data. Audio plays to you from sample files bundled inside the app; it is never recorded from you.

What gets stored on your device

The app stores the anonymous purchase identifier described above on your device so your unlock survives reinstalls. It does not store usage data. If we add features that save preferences locally, those will stay on your device only.

What Apple, Google, and our website host see

When you download dadodeca from the Apple App Store or Google Play, those platforms receive information about that transaction under their own privacy policies. We receive only aggregate, anonymized statistics about downloads and ratings.

When you visit the web version at dadodeca.com, the request is handled by our web host, Cloudflare, which may log basic technical information (IP address, browser type, request time) for security and performance. This is standard content-delivery-network behavior; Cloudflare’s privacy practices govern that data.

Children’s privacy

dadodeca is suitable for users of all ages, including children. Because we do not collect any data from users — of any age — the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) collection-and-use requirements do not apply. We do not knowingly receive any personal information from children under 13, and we have no mechanism to do so.

Your rights

You have the right to know what data we hold about you. Beyond anonymous purchase records that cannot be tied to your identity, we hold no data about you. There is nothing on our end that could identify you to access, correct, export, or sell. If you live in a region with specific privacy rights — such as the EU/UK under the GDPR, or California under the CCPA/CPRA — we have no personal data to provide, modify, or sell.

Changes to this policy

If we add features that change what dadodeca collects — for example, optional accounts that sync your preferences across devices — we will update this policy and post the new effective date above. Material changes will be announced in the app.
